Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install software or buy a server?
No. The system runs in the cloud; staff open it in a browser on a computer.
How long does setup take?
We set up rooms, rates and staff ourselves from a template. Bookings from your current system move with the migration wizard.
Does it work with Booking.com and other OTAs?
Yes: Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, Ostrovok and many more OTAs — rates and availability go out automatically, bookings arrive in the tape chart.
How are the tourist tax and currency handled?
The tax is calculated by the guest's citizenship and age from the base amount. Currency bookings are converted at the Central Bank rate, exchange differences are accounted for.
Which interface languages are there?
Russian, Uzbek and English — each staff member chooses their own.
How is the data protected?
Each hotel's data is separated from the others. Every change is recorded in a log with its author and time.
